If your site is accepted, your payment will be transferred and your listing will be indexed within 2-3 business days of your pay pal submission. If your site is rejected, your listing will not be indexed and your payment will be refunded. If your site is rejected, you may contact us for an explanation of why it was rejected, making any corrections and re-submitting your site. Once a site is indexed, there will be no refunds or cancellations. A new listing fee, based upon the current regular listing prices, will be charged for any changes or editing to links or descriptions after it has been indexed. All listings will run indefinitely (the lifetime of this site) in the Email Directory in the category that you chose under the "regular listings" heading. We may have to alter the categories in the directory or make sub-categories for formatting reasons and/or space issues but your listing will still show indefinitely (the lifetime of this site) in the directory.
